The incumbents of the large family will enjoy a bonus of the full assessment of the IBI of the following amounts:

This bonus applies to housing that constitutes the habitual residence of the family, it being understood as such that containing taxed the majority of members of the family unit, including at least one of their parents and be granted on request.
These percentages bonus will be applied to 50 per cent in the case of parents legally separated or divorced with joint custody, for each of the properties of its title that constitute their habitual residence.
The allowance shall be requested before the first day of the fiscal year from which begins to produce effects, and will be maintained for each year, without need to reiterate the request, if conditions remain that led to its application.

Para disfrutar de dicho beneficio fiscal, el sujeto pasivo beneficiario de la misma deberá estar al corriente en el pago de sus deudas con la Hacienda Municipal.
