The exemption from tax on Mechanical Traction (IVTM) can be dealt with by disability from now on instantaneously and automated. The Agency Tax Municipal (AMT) has incorporated this new procedure to its catalogue of rapid procedures.

In this way, those taxpayers who have their certificate of disability in force, a vehicle for use exclusively to its own behalf and not to maintain debt with the municipality of Murcia, have automated exemption in the payment of its receipt without having to produce any documentation.

In just one month since its inception, the requests for exemption in IVTM of more than 100 contributors have been granted instantly. This attempt at automation was moved decisively in the first months of the year 2020, with the granting of land and individualized plans of payments automatically. At year's end, more than 10,000 taxpayers who wished to obtain payment facilities obtained a positive response on the day of his request, representing a reduction of 100 per cent in the waiting time. And july this year 2021, the tendency is to increase as more land 7,500 have already been granted an automated manner.

Another of the procedures embodied by the AMT in 2020 for granting an automated manner was certificate, and not to date, 14,000 taxpayer has obtained its certificate instantly.
