The auction will be carried out through electronic procedure through the auction Portal of the official gazette of the state (https :// subastas.boe.es/).

Open after at least 24 hours after the publication in the official gazette and, once open, only be made of electronic bids, within 20 calendar days following. The auction will not heal until one hour from the realization of the last bid, although that entailed the expansion of the term initially set a maximum of expansion of 24 hours.
