Municipal Tax agency

El Pleno del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Murcia en sesión de 27 de mayo de 2004 aprobó el “Regulations of the Government and administration of the municipality of Murcia”, que en su artículo 25, de conformidad con el artículo 135 de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, establece la existencia de un órgano de gestión tributaria, denominado MUNICIPAL TAX AGENCY, responsible for exercising the powers that the Local Tax Administration attaches to the tax legislation.
